So we had a trip booked for fall break – our final fall break before two of our five kids leave for college. I called to see if we could pick it up early, and realized I had booked it a week AFTER we needed it. I completely panicked and freaked out except my freaking hero, Salman Masih, SAVED me. He did some magic, put me on hold, found a van, escalated to make sure it would be turned around in time. I cannot say enough good, he was totally calm, extremely effective, and absolutely, 100% saved our trip. I will basically always work with Indie from now on – awesome experience.
