A refreshingly good network
A refreshingly good network. The prices are firmly in the budget eSIM range but the network performance and customer service is more premium than networks you would pay 5x the price for.
I've had no major issues with the network since switching from iD, but their WhatsApp customer support has always replied in less than 2 hours and has been helpful with clarifications and making account changes / merging 2 accounts for me. When I initially signed up, I ported a number from iD via PAC and had to set a date a week in advance, but the customer service team once again were able to move this to the day after I contacted them without any hassle.
In my area (West Midlands) the coverage and speed has been far better than iD (Three) with me receiving 5G basically everywhere and achieving at least 2-3x the speed of iD in most locations, actually getting 150Mbps+ in towns.
I'm also a fan of the fact that if I hit my data limit, I don't get my service cut off entirely. Even though they only allow you 64Kbit/s for free once you've hit your limit (unless you opt to pay a fairly scary £4/GB in overages) it is enough for you to keep messaging people.
