The app provides unclear and misleading information about the departure location. I was not informed that there are two different departure points in Helsinki, which forced me to buy a second ticket. Customer service showed zero willingness to help and blamed the customer entirely instead of taking responsibility for poor communication. This is not how paying customers should be treated.
