I had a broken zipper in my scooter bag. I contacted customer support regarding a replacement originally I was told I would just get a refund because they didn’t have any in stock. I wasn’t thrilled with that response because I needed a bag so I suggested if they could solve the problem by keeping my money there and sending me a replacement bag when there were more available. Anna the customer support representative I spoke with went the extra mile contacted their global department and found a bag for me promptly. Put it in the mail and sent it off. That’s good customer service. And other companies could learn from it.
