I had a very disappointing experience with SIXT at Toronto Pearson Airport. I arrived on time with a valid driver’s licence and credit card, but I was refused the rental because I did not have a second government-issued ID. This requirement was not clearly disclosed in the booking information I received through Expedia. I never received the vehicle, yet I have still not been refunded. Customers should be clearly informed of all mandatory documents before they pay for a reservation. I hope SIXT improves transparency and customer service so others do not have the same experience.

Booked a SIXT rental car through Expedia for pickup at Toronto Pearson (Mississauga). The Expedia booking rules clearly stated that I needed a valid driver’s licence and a credit card in the driver’s name. When I arrived on time, SIXT refused to provide the vehicle because they said I also needed a second government-issued ID. This requirement was never disclosed in my Expedia booking. Since I was unable to collect the car due to an undisclosed requirement, I expected a refund. Unfortunately, neither Expedia nor SIXT has been willing to resolve the issue. I recommend that Expedia clearly display all pickup requirements before customers pay for a reservation.

These people are not worth than 0 star. I paid express shipping which was more than the product itself. Before ordering they mentioned on website will be delivered in 3-5 days. Even after talking to their customer service they shipped product in 5 days and said it will reach in 2 days. It’s been 12 days I still didn’t receive my parcel. Never order from this site
