Easy to navigate and got great service when I needed help. The chatbot redirected my questions without any problems and it got picked up right away by an employee. Also my orders, subscribtions etc have always been smooth to order/acces.

Pay to pick up..
Now you have to pay 19 kr to pick up something you have ordered in their physical store... So now we pay your employees/automated system to pick up the package for us from the shelves and we pay for 1 text message saying its ready. This place was already annoying to order from but it got even worse. Then just go fully online..

I'm sorry you find it annoying, but you do have the choice to do a pick-up (which you pay the costs for) or delivery (which you also pay the costs for). We will offer the choice as long as it makes sense - meaning as long as customers choose that option.
