Thank you for sharing your experience.

I would like to start by apologising that this has turned into such a poor experience for you. This is certainly not our intention.

I would also like to explain the process in this case. When we received the product, we forwarded it directly to the service centre appointed by the manufacturer, as we knew in advance that this type of product must be handled by them. We did not inspect the product ourselves before sending it on, as we naturally trusted that the correct product had been returned to us for the warranty claim.

When the service centre inspected the product, they informed us that the camera received was a different model from the one we had originally sent you and expected to receive back for the warranty claim. The product was then returned to us, and we simply forwarded it to you. I have to agree with you that we should have taken the initiative and contacted you at that point, rather than waiting until you had received the product back. This is why the process has taken so long.

I can see that you are currently in contact with our customer service team, as we are still missing some information from you in order to investigate the matter further and move forward with the case.

We apologise again for the long processing time and hope we can find a solution as soon as possible.

I am very sorry that we were unable to deliver the perfume you ordered and that you have subsequently experienced issues with the refund.

I can see that your order has been cancelled on our side and that our accounting department has already released the funds. However, as the purchase was made through CDON, it is CDON who handles the payment and therefore needs to release the funds to you.

As my colleague also previously informed you, I would therefore recommend contacting CDON regarding the refund, as the funds have already been released from our side.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused and hope that CDON will be able to return the funds to you promptly.

Hi Alexander,

Thank you for your review. We are very sorry that you experienced such a long delivery time for your order.

When an item is marked as being in our remote warehouse, it means that we first have to receive the item from our supplier before we can dispatch it to you.

Unfortunately, during the past couple of weeks we have experienced significant delays with two large incoming deliveries from our suppliers, which has affected and delayed a considerable number of orders – including yours.

We fully understand that a delivery time of around three weeks is frustrating and much longer than you reasonably expected when placing your order, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.
