Unitherm went above and beyond what they needed to do. I was faced with a critical maintenance issue on a heat pump and Unitherm got me the part I needed even out of warranty. This was a personal human choice on their part to help, and wasn’t obligatory at all. People helping people. Thanks Gary!!!

I made an error on my order and the customer service was very helpful in getting me sorted out!

I made an error in ordering, but they fixed it!

As with any tool I had limited expectations, but my first attempt it generated some great progressions I ended up keeping. Nice it’s not limited to 4 bear chords and it mixes it up for inspiration. Generally better progressions than I anticipated.

Lay was very helpful and am quite happy they easily fixed my error.
