The is item was ordered and delivered very quickly. Really satisfying, we ordered it for our motorhome and it does the job perfectly. Would use this firm again without any bother.

I bought a Johnson Water Pump from this company three or four months ago. Unfortunately, it recently failed, so I contacted them and they immediately started a warranty claim with absolutely no fuss.

The whole process was very straightforward and, within no time at all, a replacement pump was ready for me to collect. They were also happy to send it out if I had needed them to.

To be fair, the previous Johnson pump had lasted for around ten years, so I certainly can’t complain about the lifespan of the product.

Many thanks to Johnson Pumps and Chas Newens for the excellent customer service and very speedy handling of the warranty claim. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that makes things this easy.

Despite 3 phone calls and 1 email message to their support team, we have had no response back from them regarding when we will receive the missing part of our order. So, reluctantly, after 4 weeks I have to decided to write this negative review. We still want and need the handle that is clearly illustrated on the picture on their website - we would not have bought the product if we had known it would not be included. Very disappointed in their response.

Item made by Tohatsu so no problems. Installation 'fiddly' getting the friction band into its holding slot in Swivel Bracket B. Use a long thing screwdriver to push band while simultaneously holding Bracket B and pushing it into place - needs patience !
Very good price on this part and very, very good price on anodes.
Delivery on time.

Order was not fulfilled. The pump I ordered never arrived despite paying extra for express delivery. No answer to multiple emails and phone calls.

This is my first experience of dealing with Chas Newens Marine and it won’t be my last.

I needed a part for my outboard and a part that was not easy to source. I contacted Chas Newens Marine as the outboard had been bought from them back in 2011 as part of a boat purchase by the previous owners.

I dealt mostly with Jakki Ballard who was brilliant. She sourced the part and when the suppliers sent the wrong part, she managed to sort all this out and the actual part was ordered and posted, which is now fitted to my outboard and all in working order.

I ordered an Extreme inflatable launcher. The product works very well and the service (with personal van delivery) was exceptional.

I made an error on my order and the customer service was very helpful in getting me sorted out!
