After 2 weeks my child’s electric scooter broke, they offered £10 which we declined and then offered minimal to fix ourself which we did and ended up paying extra to fix, now the same problem has gone again it won’t charge or work and my child was offered again £10 as warranty is out but under law she is protected by consumer laws for 6 years as it’s the same problem so classed as faulty. I have great experience with dealing with companies like this and know customer rights so I’ve sent them a legal letter and gone to the ombudsman, RETAIL ADR scheme, dispute resolution and resolver. I also know that the ombudsman does not side with any customer if the company the complaint is about, pays the ombudsman to protect them. This I have proof. I would not touch this company!

I have only just contacted them so will change review stars if they reply but I had an air con unit bought for me 2 years ago used only 6 times when got was fine now it’s not blowing cold air. Am sad to read people have same experience and be interesting to see if they help fix or replace as I know as a consumer I have 6 years of rights if faulty after the warranty.if I’m not happy with their response, I will go to the ombudsman and retail ADR.

Got a quote for home insurance via compare the market and Hastings direct then when made a claim RSA said I didn’t disclose info on home business and voided my insurance now I name get insured by anyone. Have sent proof of quote and that nothing was withheld yet they won’t admit error. Ombudsman said they owe compensation as they took over 8 months monthly payments before realising when I put in a claim they didn’t check the error and blame me making it hard to get home insurance from anyone. This has caused me stress and suicidal thoughts yet they just don’t care. Avoid!
