Very disappointed with poor delivery service from such a large, apparently reputable company. I placed 2 orders within a week of each other, having been given a date of delivery before placing the order, both assured next day service, and received emails on both occasions advising there would be a delay on my order, just not been happy with Next recently, what a let-down
