Don’t waste your breathe, time or money. You’ll pay extra for a delivery service that IS not provided. The customer service are awful and appears they just use an automated response regarding whatever you state in your concern. Spend the money on an actual business that provides what they state!
Photos have now arrived, easy to download and order, good value, great quality of photos!
My photos came quickly and are great . Just paid postage
2nd time ordering with this company. 1st time all was good.
Sent email back after receiving 2nd lot of prints after having received them as they arrived with a yellow tinge on all photos.
Couple were duplicates on 1st order so can tell definate difference. Waiting for some sort of reply. Needed them for this weekend so asked for a reply ASAP.

Photos still not arrived for big event tomorrow. Ordered 6 days ago with supposed 24hr turnaround.
Checked on tracking and only just arrived at carrier facility- no chance of being here in time. Very very disappointing!!!

No refund has been issued and the photos still havent turned up despite mulitple arrival dates being shared.
