They sent me the replacement parts needed to fix the brake issue. Since I didn't feel comfortable doing the installation myself, I had a professional handle it, and Isinwheel reimbursed the cost within just a few hours after I submitted my receipt.

As for the bike itself, it's really a very good bike. I've already ridden 370 kilometers on it, and I have absolutely nothing to fault it for, it's excellent.
