A faulty battery was delivered. It wouldn't charge . Chamrider refused to pay to return faulty battery. Offered a credit on next order...
Promised to send out replacement as soon as I returned faulty battery.
I returned battery but a week later, replacement still not sent out. Today I will apply for charge back on my credit card , under section 75 of the consumer credit act. Buyers beware.. service in event of an issue is shocking.

Had a chance meeting in a service station on the way to Cornwall, with John Wright ? I noticed he had an octopus energy logo on his hat and Sweater. We had a really informative chat regarding solar panels, battery storage. Costs etc. I learned a lot . Am already an Octopus customer but wanted to thank John for taking time out of his day to expertly answer my many questions. Best Regards Jeremy .

wife wanted to buy me a quality waterproof coat that i could actually try on rather than mail order from Amazon. Went into store and narrowed down to 2 choices, Perry spent about 15 minutes explaining to us the differences between the 2. very knowledgeable . She convinced me to buy a £200 jacket - i asked her to remove the security tag so i could try it on and zip up the hood fully. She did and we had a giggle about me legging it out the door !! Michelle on the till had my wife and i in stitches with her upbeat outlook - Fab customer service and a great store visit. Thankyou.
