This is one of my favorite locations. All of the employees are great, and the cars are always clean and ready to go.

I dealt with a scumbag named John Deph at phone number 404-383-2026. He swore he could ship my son's car to Tallahassee for $600 and said I needed to make a $100 refundable deposit. He failed to secure a car hauler and stated via a phone call that the $100 would be refunded. Over 3 weeks later, and no refund so now I had to file a cc duspute. Not responding to emails either.

I love being able to pick the car I want and not what the rental companies force me to take. I have rented everything from a pickup truck to a McLaren. BMW is my #1 pick, but I have also rented Porsches, Mercedes, Lotus, and almost every other luxury car on the market.

I love the fact I can get the car I want to drive not what the rental companies get a good deal on and make me drive. I have used Turo all over the world and have never had a bad experience. I usually rent a BMW but have had everything from a smart car to a McLaren. My last BMW convertible was spotless and in great repair. If I had a question I could message the host and get a reply within minutes and not be forced to call an 800 number and wait 30 minutes to speak with someone in another country that says sorry I can not help you.

When Turo does not add their ridiculous trip fee to the rental it is a great deal. For some reason, some locations have a trip fee that is almost as much as the car for the day making the price way too expensive. Most of the time I am in and out of cities in 20 hours. When the price doubles because of the TRIP FEE it is no longer a good deal. A single-day rental might have a Trip Fee of $99 but a weekly rental for the same car is only $70. They punish people for not needing longer rentals. Most of the people I have dealt with have been great but some try to rip you off with fees so you have to look at them carefully.
