Bought the "MP Style Gloss Black Rear Diffuser Twin Exhaust for BMW E92 E93 3 Series 05-13". Terrible fitment, you can tell they bought it straight from Alibaba and no quality control at all. I cannot even force the diffuser on because the length is at least 2cm too short.

Hi Tommy,
We’re sorry to hear you had issues with the fitment.
This diffuser is one of our most popular items, and we’ve sold hundreds of units with proven fitment on both E92 and E93 models. As clearly stated on our website, we recommend professional fitting, and we’re always happy to advise or recommend an authorised installer near you.
Incorrect installation can result in the part not sitting correctly and may potentially cause damage to the item or the vehicle. We always urge customers to reach out first so we can assist before any issues arise.
We’re also disappointed you chose to leave a public review without first contacting us — we would have been glad to help resolve the issue.
Lastly, your claim that we “bought it straight from Alibaba” is factually incorrect and defamatory. Making such accusations without evidence is misleading and unfair.
If you’d like assistance or wish to resolve this matter properly, we encourage you to get in touch directly at info@carbonfactory.co.uk. We’re always here to help.
Low quality, also cannot pay online. The stitching broke already, and the fabric is thin and weak; that it already tore. The poor sewing also meant the hijab has parts which protrude from the top of the hijab.
Faible qualité, impossible de payer en ligne non plus. Les coutures sont déjà cassées et le tissu est fin et fragile ; qu'il a déjà déchiré. La mauvaise couture signifie également que le hijab comporte des parties qui dépassent du haut du hijab.

Dear Tommy,
We're thrilled to hear about the swift arrival of your Hirbawi kufiya and are deeply grateful for your choice to engage with Abú Wear in such a meaningful way by leaving this review :)
When you purchased a kufiya from us, you actively contributed to the economic empowerment of the Palestinian community. Each purchase directly supports the artisans at the Hirbawi factory, aiding not just in their livelihood but also in the well-being of their families. It's a gesture that extends beyond the physical product to touch lives and foster economic stability in a region where such support is invaluable.
The Hirbawi factory, a cornerstone of cultural heritage, is more than a workplace—it's a space where tradition is woven into the fabric of everyday life. Your support ensures that this legacy of craftsmanship continues, allowing the artisans to pass on their skills to the next generation and keep the story of Palestinian culture alive through each kufiya.
By choosing Abú Wear, you're not just acquiring a piece of fabric; you're becoming part of a larger narrative that champions economic resilience, cultural preservation, and community support in Palestine. This is a narrative of hope, strength, and solidarity.
We at Abú Wear are heartened by your understanding of the impact your choice makes. It's supporters like you who empower us to continue our mission, ensuring that the artisans of Hirbawi receive the recognition and support they deserve.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being a pivotal part of our community and for your significant role in promoting economic growth and cultural preservation in Palestine.
I was looking to start a career in the IT industry, and apprenticeship was the only way for me. I signed up for "Just IT" and "Baltic Apprenticeships" and they forwarded opportunities to me.
My adviser for Just IT was Kirsty Barber, and she was great.
Scammers. If you have been charged by them, contact your bank and get it back because it was unauthorised.

Hello Tommy,
Complete Savings are not scammers as you state in your review. Complete Savings did not charge you without first obtaining your authorisation.
Our records show that you signed up for the Complete Savings programme by manually entering your details into the Complete Savings signup form. The Terms of Service are made very clear on the signup form that consumers must complete in order to become a Complete Savings member. It is clearly stated several times that after the thirty day free trial period there is a monthly membership charge and that you are giving your authorisation to be charged. For example:
Immediately next to the boxes where you entered your bank details was the statement: "By providing your billing information below, you authorise Complete Savings to use the information you provide for billing the membership fee of £15 a month until you cancel. Our secure software encrypts your information as you send it to protect you and your privacy."
Immediately next to the boxes where you entered your password was the statement: "By entering my password as my electronic signature and clicking "YES", I have read and agree to the Terms Of Service and the Offer and Billing Details and authorise Complete Savings to use my name, address and credit or debit card information that I provided for billing and benefit processing after my 30 day free trial."
Thus by accepting the offer, you agreed that the Complete Savings programme membership would be billed to the card details you had just provided.
To demonstrate this to you we sent you an email today with a copy of the Complete Savings signup form you would have completed to become a member. That email includes a resolution to your query.
We hope this message and the email we sent to you addresses your concern and resolves this matter for you.
Do not use "Japan Post (Economy Air)" delivery. Delivery time is 7 days to 2 months. Also there is no tracking for your products. Items are left at the door now (started since COVID, they don't do leave pick-up cards anymore), so packages can be stolen. Invest the extra ~£3 for "Japan Post (Standard Air Registered)".
My "Economy Air" delivery was shipped on the 11th Jan, 2021, and arrive on 17th Feb, 2021. I had a lot of anxiety waiting for the delivery, because I work 5 days per week. The regular post person delivered the package. I ordered a jigsaw puzzle; it was decently packaged, item wrapped in 1 layer of newspaper. I also received a cute, complementary packet of erasers with a "Thank you" sticker on it. <3
PlazaJapan had the best price for imported goods from Japan for most of their products. So I want everyone in the UK to know they exist.
To conclude, buy Standard shipping and never buy Economy.
I had a dead Pixel 3. The entire process was from 9/12 to 30/12. Received the prepaid packaging on 12/12. There was no included padding for the phone, so I lightly crunched a newspaper so it would be more compact in the box. I sent it at the Post Office on 14th December Received an email "Your Device Has Been Approved" on 29/12. Payment received the day after. Royal Mail has been swamped for the past several weeks, so nothing could be done in regards to time frame. Therefore, I cannot comment on the consistency of their speed. I compared prices and Grade Mobile offered the best for my Pixel 3. If you're not in a rush to receive your payment, Grade Mobile is likely to be your best bet. Lastly, they offered to send me an additional £5 for leaving a review. Order Number: 114276
