it was AMAZING!! i wish i could rate 5 stars, my only complaint was that it took a while to get here— but it did come in the end!! (about 30 days) i would recommend!! the figure was also not a scam

So I’ve been hunting a particular item, the mega D10 beastbox, and I had been looking everywhere and wasn’t sure I wanted to order it from overseas, but boy am I glad I did, they had the item at an amazing price shipping was reasonable, shipping time wasn’t bad either, the item was packaged extremely well, and was in flawless condition,they even put a nice little sticker on the side for the carrier to see saying thank you and that the item is a special item going to a special person. I will be buying more from plaza japan most definitely, I will trust them with all my hard to get toy needs from now on A+++++

Amazingly fast shipping right to my door in 3 days 3 DAYS!!! I bought a medicos king crimson SAS figure they included a little note to be careful with the figure when posing out the box as it could be fragile which was very nice as I like to pose my figures immediately the price for both king crimson and diavolo were very modest much much better than paying on eBay or Amazon I’m definitely gonna be shopping for any JJBA merch here from now on

I live in India. I ordered the Mafex N 248 - The Amazing Spider-Man action figure from Plaza Japan. Here follows my Review:
I am extremely satisfied with the amazing Support Team of Plaza Japan, which accommodated my requests and resolved any and all queries that I had with prompt responses.
1. I had placed my order as a Guest Customer without having made an account. I eventually created my account, after placing my order. So naturally my Order History wasn't accessible. Upon raising this concern with the Plaza Japan Team, they got back to me very shortly with resolution to my issue by transferring my order details to my newly created account. Very much appreciated!
2. My order was placed on a weekend. Hence there was a slight delay in the shipment of my order. But as soon as I raised this concern, the Team immediately got back to me with acknowledgement and worked on the issue. The order was shipped within a couple hours on the first working day of the following week.
3. UPS Express Saver was the delivery option that I had picked. Their coordination with Plaza Japan and eventual delivery service is practically flawless! Absolute transparency throughout the process. The order was delivered to me well within the assured timeline.
4. To talk about the Mafex N-248, what can I add that hasn't been already said? It is hands down the Best Amazing Spidey out there! I am absolutely in love with this one! This is my first Mafex figure, and Plaza Japan made my experience all the more merry and enjoyable!

Plaza Japan offered the Pilot Custom Heritage SE fountain pen at the best price I could find. The website was descriptive enough to ensure the item purchased was the item desired. The item arrived within a week and was well packaged to protect the pen and box. Customs fees are separate from the website pricing, so you need to be aware of that cost which will be paid by delivery time.

I really like Plaza Japan. Good service and good prices on plastic models kits.
