I appreciate the quick response. My question was time sensitive and I wasn’t left hanging over the weekend. I’m very thankful for the service provided. The lawyer stated she wished we could part ways with better news, however, I felt that knowing what my recourse was, was better for information than going at the situation not knowing.

The representative who assisted was polite, accommodating to my personality. I was thinking that since I was interested in the non contract plan that the customer service would be uninterested in my CS experience. But the rep. (so sorry, that I don't recall her name) was extremely professional and also friendly. I have been shopping around for non contract home security and had a couple lined up to contact for questions. BECAUSE the Rep. was professional, that was my final reason to sign up with BLUE by ADT.
