I had a Horrible experience
I had a Horrible experience! “So-called provider” didn’t ask anything about me. He didn’t ask for my first or last name. He didn’t ask anything about my health or personal life. He didn’t even have his camera on. I was looking at a black screen for two seconds. The person just talked very fast, and asked for my dog or cats name and then hung up on me. What kind of service even is this? $150 for this!? Are you kidding me! RIDICULOUS!!!! What a scam!

So unprofessional and unethical
So unprofessional and unethical. He didnt come to the screen and I couldn't hear him. All he said was tell me your pets name and I will send your letter. No questions about my health or anything. He told me he couldnt complete my letter, request a refund and hung up. He should have denied me so I wouldn't be charged. Complete scam.

Took my money and ran
Took my money and made an appointment. They gave me an appointment that never happened even though the therapist said it did. Needless to say I never got a response, the letter I paid for, or a refund. It's been over a month. Stay away from this scam outfit.

Fast and secure
Same day appointment by phone with the specialist and the letter was sent to my email later that day. My new apartment complex verified all the info to be correct and accepted my request to provide a reasonable accommodation and waive all pet fees. Only thing is I paid for a card but it was never provided.

He did not do the appointment
He did not do the appointment. Would not help me figure out what was completed. Became belligerent and rude, very condescending. Wouldn't even do the appointment and is currently texting me insults.
