This is a RIP OFF company. DO NOT hire through them. I rented a car for 7 days while in Sicily in June this year. On the way to the airport we stopped and filled the car with fuel(as per the contract) and when we arrived to drop off the car at tye airport drop off area the key had gone. We searched the car , everyone's bags and it was nowhere to be found. I told the man at the desk and told me this was not possible and I must find the key. However after searching our car and bags it was no where to be found. I was told that I would be charged a fee (€250 for the lost key - fair enough) to replace the key and the man also told me there was no spare key to the car they would have to get the spare key sent from Rome and it would take 2 days. He refused to accept the fact the car was in their designated drop off zone and that I would be contacted by Drivalia. I did a police report (as requested by the car company) and flew out back to Poland a few hours later. After 2 months had passed I was then charged an extra €450 for an extra 13 days of car hire. Now after months of emails back and forth to this place they are not interested in anything other than ripping me off. This place should be investigated as I'm sure I'm
Not the first person they have "ripped off" never again will I rent from this place, I will make sure everyone I know NEVER hires from this company.

After booking with Aunt Betty we tried to reserve the seats we wanted... as we are tall we wanted the exit row (I know you must pay for them these days 🤷🏾‍♂️) after more than 8 attempts we weren't able to do so and there is no way of calling someone to book it. My mate managed somehow to reserve his. And now we can't sit together... a bit average if u ask me
