I had a query with my subscription so sent a message quite late in the evening and within an hour I had received a reply that was very helpful and gave me options and explanations of how to go about dealing with things once I had made my choice. Love Sassy Saints stick-on gels. They have such a good choice of colours and seasonal nails and so easy to apply.

Great service from ordering part for my hoover to receipt of the part. Notified along the way before receipt which was helpful and received the packet on time. It was packaged well too.

From the moment I chose my washing machine to it being delivered and installed, I was kept informed along the way. The emails gave helpful information before delivery. On the day of delivery I had a call to say the guys would be arriving in10 minutes. The new machine was installed and tested and all the packaging and the old one was taken away. It all went without a hitch, very impressed.

From ordering the magnetic bookmark to receipt, I was kept informed all the way. The gift came well packaged and looked really good. This was for my grandson who I hope is enjoying using it.

You can't go wrong with Cook food, so like a homemade meal. Great choice and variety on the menu and their desserts - wow!! Always a winner when it comes to hosting a large group of people and takes the stress out of the day. Thank you Cook. The staff in the local Cook shop are always friendly and ready to help if you need some advice.

Oh I love InPost. What a great service. So easy to use and good communication with every step of returning my parcel. With an InPost locker just down the road, it couldn't be easier.

Received the mini Crimpet free (had to pay for p&p) but it came in the post very quickly. Good detailed instructions on how to set up the wrap with whatever was going inside it. It worked perfectly! Everything stayed neatly crimped inside the wrap. Very tasty wraps for a snack/lunch. I look forward to trying out different filings.

This way of returning my goods made my returns so easy. I hadn't used this return service before. Scan the barcode, choose the right sized cabinet, pop the returns in and shut the door. Simples!

Octopus make everything so easy! Their emails are full of useful information and useful videos explaining latest changes in language you can understand. Changing your tariff is easy and no switching fees! Brilliant!

Emails sent confirming order, despatch and then updates from Royal Mail when delivery was expected. Price of gift was good too compared to other suppliers.

So pleased with this lovely piece of artwork which is now hanging in our lounge. From ordering to receiving the actual piece, I was kept informed all the way. The artwork was well wrapped which was just as well as there was a small hole puncturing the front of the package. Luckily no damage to the painting due to the thick cardboard wrap.

Driver arrived with a smile and parcel was delivered on time. Placed carefully on doorstep.

Excellent service. Easy to find part, order and pay via app. Part arrived quickly.

Checked that I was ordering the correct part before placing order. Payment went through and email received confirming order. Informed when part would be arriving which it did on exact day. Well wrapped, it was a glass shelf for fridge. Fitted part and hey presto, all back in order. Fab!

From ordering my shoes to receipt was a great experience. Website was very useful with helping to choose what sort of shoe would be right for me as I've never had walking shoes before. Emails were received to keep track of where my parcel was and when delivery would happen. Shoes are great, just what I wanted.

Parcel delivered when advised and put in safe place as advised.

From start to finish, easy ordering on website to quick receipt of excellent product. So much choice for style and colour of mats that fit perfectly.
