The product is great but I had one toothbrush that quit working after about a year and they replaced it. They have the best customer service and the product is so good, I bought toothbrushes for all my kids too. The replacement toothbrushes are easy to remember when to change the brushes out. I have been a customer for a few years now and won't go back to anything else.

I can already tell a difference in my feet. I had been having burning and occasional numbness and my feet aren't as cold all teh time. It has been 1 month using now.
