I have just returned from Pedralba, Valencia, Spain after just over 4 weeks vacation. On my arrival my alarm phob did not work causing the alarm to set off and this went on for over an hour. Finally via the U.K. and trying umpteen phone numbers they switched the alarm off. The phob which was one of two we got with the system over 10 years ago has started playing up and the other fell to bits. I requested two new ones which were promised within 5 days. They never turned up so again another phone call and again another promise that they would turn up within 5 days. Nothing turned up and I had to set the alarm before I left knowing it’ll set off on anyone re entering the property next time. I pay €52 euros each month and had two services over ten years, to have this simple request carried out is not unreasonable. During my stay I never had the alarm on as I couldn’t be sure the phob would work. Leaving me wondering if I was being robed whilst I was out, not a very nice feeling. These big company’s forget about caring for the customers as they grow bigger which is such a shame. Urb Les Mallaes, Pedralba, Spain ☹️☹️☹️
