What went wrong was the same thing that goes wrong every Evri delivery. The driver just leaves my parcel, this time in the rain, on the doorstep without knocking, along with several other local peoples parcels which I have to deliver as an unpaid courier on his behalf. Rural parcel deliveries are not great.

I hate leaving poor reviews
I hate leaving poor reviews, as a small business I also rely on positive reviews, but the goods I ordered, really necessary for my business are delicate, and the box they were sent in, clearly had a lot of tape with fragile all over it, and the box was steal crushed and was obviously subjected to poor heavy handling. The contents are damaged and one of my orders cannot now be fulfilled, Sadly when I have to send my products out I shan't be using APC

Purchased a lathe, as a piece of equipment first rate. Sadly 1st one delivered smashed to pieces, but replaced next day. Great equipment need to review their delivery policies and companies. Especially pallet line.
