The website is full of interesting art, making browsing inspiring. My granddaughter and I immediately loved the print by Kartika Paramita, which I bought for her new bedroom. The delivery was fairly speedy too and emails answered promptly. Well packaged when it arrived and the quality very good. Very lovely business.

This company’s premiums are extremely competitive and I don’t think can be beaten, which is why I have renewed my policy again with them.
But.
It is annoying that they are totally online with no phone number or email address.
I couldn’t do what I needed to do via my online account with them, so used the Chat Bot. It did not help.
Their live chat is only available between 9am - 2pm. This can be frustrating, and although I was 16th in the queue, I only had to wait 10 mins.
The online chat was speedy and quick and my problem was resolved.
My problem was that I could not renew my policy online via my account.
The solution was: I don’t have to it automatically renews! 😂
So after that rigmarole, I can give this company 5 Stars 🌟

Leo is very good at his job and had broadband set up within a very short space of time. Friendly, respectful, polite, clean and efficient.

I was disappointed with the Kelly Group who could have informed me in text messages from the start that the engineer will call me half an hour before due and that there may be delays if working on another job before mine. This would have saved a certain amount of concern during the 4 hours I waited. As there were, it turned out, understandable delays. I restricted my activities to the house, as my doorbell doesn’t work (and not easily repaired) Eventually I called the Kelly Group who then informed me what was going on and that the engineer will call me half an hour before he arrives.

I bought two packets of the tiny Tonka construction vehicles Tonka Micro Metal for my grandchildren. They loved them and gave them hours of play. Farm Toys Online are easy to deal with and prompt with delivery.

I bought 4 superhero jigsaw puzzles for my superhero loving grandson. I knew they were small and thought we could have fun seeing who could put one of the jigsaw puzzles together first. They were totally frustrating as the pieces kept moving out of place. I know it was incredibly cheap but they just don’t work as puzzles you can construct as you need gecko fingers to keep the pieces in place while you fix another piece. Shame.

I LOVE this service. I use it whenever I am travelling. The gentleman picking up my bags is always prompt and courteous. Once my bags are picked up, I don’t have to worry about them until I land at my destination. They have always arrived safely and in tact. I highly recommend AirPortr.

I cannot fault the cover less duvets. They are perfect and look lovely. I have bought the cotton ones and one of the synthetic ones. They wash well in the machine on the duvet setting. They dry within the day. Honestly I can’t tell you how lovely it is not to be wrestling with duvet covers anymore. The company themselves are easy to deal with and the items arrive within 48 hours.

Prompt service, good products always fit and don’t disappoint

I did not choose you to deliver my parcel, the shop where I bought it from chose you. Evri when they deliver parcels have been good and prompt although they don’t put the parcels in my safe place. They leave them on the doorstep for anyone to pick up. On the whole I don’t mind as I am generally working from home and it is safe where we are. On this occasion I had an email to say that because I wasn’t in they couldn’t deliver the parcel. I was incensed. I was at home working and no-one knocked on the door to let me know of a delivery. So the following day 14th Jan when the new delivery date was offered I was on tenterhooks waiting by the door to ‘catch’ them before they could say I wasn’t in again. There is no need to be this disorganised, other delivery companies do a very good job so Evri could too. A little more training is all that is required and more encouragement to your drivers who are doing their best. Without your drivers you would not have a business so treat them well and train them well. It is Evri policies which are at fault not the drivers

I really do love my Cotton duvet. It just fits in my machine to wash it. (King size) Drying is another matter though as my machine will not spin it on the fastest spin 1400, but will on the 1200. Despite electricity bills I have tried to tumble dry it, but it is still damp and so I dangle it over the bannister and it is then dry enough to use. As long as I wash it as soon as I get up (6am) it is dry enough when I go to bed. The other duvet I bought (double) is not cotton - polyester I presume? - and that is quickly washed, spun and dried with or without the tumble dryer. I love the concept and am very happy with both duvets. One question: Do you have any ‘washable-no-need-a-duvet cover’ duvets made of bamboo?
