pluginsforwp.com Reviews

I use Pluginsforwp frequently; I already have several of their functional plugins deployed in live projects. Excellent value and great technical support—I definitely recommend them. I’m very glad I stumbled upon their website.

How could anyone give a 1 Star rating. This is by far the best GPL site in the world. I, and a group of friends should know... we've tried over 15 different GPL sites over the years. I hghly recommend.

A very supportive customer support.

Professional and friendly team, a secure purchasing experience, and reliable, stable code... five stars!

I bought a plugin, and it didn't work. The seller refunded my money, but i never activated the annual subscription by myself and they withdrew $29 twice for May and June 2026. I wrote an email to support, but they said they cannot refund it. This is not fair.

Great customer service. I got an issue to make a plugin work, but they fixed my setup remotely and now it works.

Good support and problem solved

I purchased the new version of Blocksy Companion Premium plugin for my website and installed it exactly according to the instructions, but at first it did not work.

The first support reply was a bit generic, but after I explained the issue more clearly, the team investigated it properly and found that the version I had received was not working correctly. They replaced it, and after that everything worked perfectly.

I appreciate that the support team listened, took responsibility, and solved the problem. Thank you!

Wonderful service, had exactly what I need on demand!

Great and quick support. Solved the issue within the day!

great service!! Eddie really helped solve all my issues and explained everything to me in a clear way. 10/10. i would use them again for an other website support no question. SO happy. Thank you Plugins for WP!!

I had question in regards to licensing & accounting - the support was really great & fast.

Awesome customer service promptly attended my complaint in less than half an hour. Keep it up

Support was satisfying and the plugins works as advertised.

Had issues with one of the plugins that was not activated that we have downloaded as a unlimited package download member but the support team promptly helped and resolved the issue

I purchased the Travel Monster Pro plugin on 02 November 2025. I initially had access for a short time, but the access stopped working completely. The website now shows “Invalid username or password,” and the password reset does not work. I never received a permanent download link, and I cannot log in anymore.

I contacted support several times but received no response. Since I paid for a product that I can no longer access, I am now requesting a refund through PayPal.

This experience has been very disappointing, and I hope others are aware of these issues before purchasing.

I was very nervous to purchase the unlimited package, but it was well worth it. Some plugins like Lpagery and some other didn't work but it is still worth the price. I would definitely recommend them and they did respond to my query. So all in all a great service, hope they can keep up with the quality of service! Thanks again.

Not every plugin works right away, but the support is truly excellent: they respond very quickly and, if needed, they also fix things manually, which is what matters most. Sometimes it only takes a few minutes. I was very skeptical at first, but I’m very satisfied now and can clearly recommend pluginsforwp.com.

Superb support and excellent troubleshooting! Thank You very much!
