Improved Support, But UX Still Needs Work...
I’m updating my review to acknowledge the improvements and the response I received from the team. They have apologised for the support delays I experienced and explained that the server and development issues affecting response times have now been resolved.
I’m still using their plugins and, so far, I haven’t experienced any issues with them. I’ll continue using the service and will have a better sense of the support improvements after a few more support interactions.
One area that still needs improvement, in my opinion, is the website UX. The interface feels quite cluttered, with some options appearing repetitive or mixed together, which can make it difficult to understand where things are and how certain features are supposed to work. A cleaner and more logically organised interface would make the overall experience much better.
I appreciate the team taking the feedback seriously and making an effort to improve. For now, I feel 3 stars fairly reflects my experience, and I’ll be happy to reconsider the rating if the improved support remains consistent over time.

I purchased a Lifetime Subscription from srmehranclub.com based on the stated terms that allowed 20 downloads per day. However, after purchasing, my account now shows a limit of only 5 downloads per day.
Additionally, when I try to download products, the website often downloads only an .html file instead of the actual product file, making the download unusable.
Another issue is that some items appear to have additional download restrictions or limits that were not clearly explained before purchase.
I am disappointed because the service I received does not match the advertised terms. I request that the website either restore the promised 20 downloads per day and fix the download issues, or provide a suitable solution/refund.

Your Lifetime Membership includes **20 product downloads per day**, exactly as advertised on our website. This daily quota has not been reduced, and your account is still entitled to download up to 20 different products every 24 hours.
There appears to be a misunderstanding regarding our download limitations. Our system has two separate types of restrictions:
1. **Daily Membership Download Quota** – This is based on your membership plan. For example, Lifetime Membership allows up to 20 product downloads per day.
2. **Per-Product Download Attempt Limit** – Each individual product has a maximum number of download attempts (typically 5 clicks) to prevent abuse, excessive server load, and automated downloading. This limit applies only to a specific product and does not affect your overall daily quota. For example, if Product A fails to download and you click it repeatedly more than the allowed number of times, that particular product may become temporarily restricted, but you can still download other products within your daily membership quota.
Regarding the issue where an .html file was downloaded instead of the actual product file, our support team requested additional details to investigate the problem, but unfortunately, we did not receive the requested information. In most cases, this issue is related to browser settings, security software, cache/CDN conflicts, expired sessions, or temporary network issues rather than the product itself.
We have already responded to your support request and remain fully committed to resolving any genuine technical issue. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we are always happy to investigate and assist.

Copyright Infringement Resolved — But It Should Never Have Happened
This website was illegally distributing and selling 129 of our proprietary WordPress themes without any license or permission — using our company name (garantiwebtasarim.com) and our founder's name (Adem Özdamar) to falsely present themselves as the original author.
We filed formal DMCA notices with Cloudflare, Google, their hosting provider, and their domain registrar. Only after significant legal pressure did they remove all infringing products and issue an apology.
To their credit, they did eventually remove everything and acknowledged their mistake in writing. The matter has been resolved.
However, we feel it is important to document this publicly so that other developers and copyright holders are aware. If you are a theme developer or creative professional, monitor your work carefully.
We hope this serves as a lesson and that no other creator has to go through the same experience.
