The product (Takspotlight Theo, Artikelnr: 36-7978-1) was so poorly designed that neither I nor one of the Clas Ohlson employees could attach an electric plug (plug was not included) to it. We both agreed that this article was particularly poorly designed. I had to return it to the shop.

Ridiculous order handling
Ordered a 800kr and a 40kr items. The expensive one was removed from my order for some unexplained reason so just got a bag of 40kr hand soap for a delivery fee of 80kr. The whole order should have been cancelled instead of doing this ridiculous thing.
