I would rate my experience a 4.5 stars. I put out call for transport of my rv from Florida to Texas. Wavex Logistics LLC responded quickly. My Broker was Harry Thompson. Through no fault of Mr. Thompson or myself the first two drivers fell through. I was frustrated but Mr. Thompson remained supportive and found a competent and kind driver who got my rv to Texas. Harry Thompson was always professional and kind through this transport process. He works very hard to get your job done. He is a wonderful representative of Wavex Logistics LLC. I will trust Mr. Thompson with any future transport needs. Thank you very much.

As this was our first time shipping a vehicle, we weren't sure what to expect.
After a month of issues, we were finally able to get out vehicle shipped to us.
Harry was our contact through this whole process and he was super awesome and helpful through this process.

After a big hiccup with the first driver canceling and the second wanting a higher rate, we got the car safely transported from San Francisco to Raleigh, NC. Harry Thompson was helpful throughout and the driver communicated well with us. I’d use Wavex again. Just understand the broker / driver aspect of it and that all times and fees are contingent.

I had a very good experience with WaveX Logistics. Their pricing was competitive, and I felt the service offered a good balance of cost and reliability. The driver was friendly and professional, and my car was picked up and delivered earlier than I expected, even faster than some of the larger companies I had considered.
Sean was my coordinator, and he was very responsive and followed up quickly throughout the process. I appreciated the communication and the smooth delivery experience. I would recommend their service.

Please never use this company! At first they seemed awesome, Alex got in contact with me right away and offered me a great price. But that's where it all went downhill. First they told me a driver was going to pick my car up on Tuesday, never came. I had to message them to find out why, and they said the driver had some transmission issue. Then the next day they told me "the driver is 50 miles away but the DOT stopped them and wouldn't let them go". So then Alex then tells me the next day they had to cancel the driver and had to find another one. That was all fine but then they asked for more money because it was a ASAP job! They will hit you with this- "the driver wanted 500 more dollars, but I negotiated with them and got it dropped to 250, but I know this is our fault so all we are going to ask you to pay is 100 extra more dollars." But hey, 100 more dollars after all this? it was about the same price as the other companies! So then they pick it up on Friday. They tell "for sure" it is going to be delivered on Sunday, so I spend all day Sunday waiting only for no one to show up or even call! Then on Monday again I have to be the one to call them and ask where is my car. They tell me it will be there "sometime before noon." I do get my car at like 11:30. But this is where the spam calling starts. Alex then calls me to check up on the vehicle which was nice but insists i write a review. Now I wasn't even going to write this review because if you dont have anything nice to say, just dont say it. It is Wednesday night and since Monday I have had 8 calls and 10 texts begging for a review, like they knew it was going to be all praise!

TLDR they will underbid , make up fake scenarios, jack up the price, leave you with no information, and then pester you till you leave a review.

We really had a great experience using this service for a spur of the moment transport for our camper and our driver Eduardo from DockDrop Logistics was fantastic with communication with us to let us know the status of the travels from pick up to delivery! The service i received from Alex was awesome

Stella Morgan is a good agent help me coordinate my car transport with the drivers, she is very easy to reach out and actively help communicate with driver, I am satisfied with her work, but I do want to say the driver who took my car probably need to be more professional on the eta and communication, I am not quite satisfied with the service and all the hard communication regarding the delay pick up and drop off. What I hope in the future the driver can be more punctual regarding the timeline, and let the customer know at least 1 day ahead if any situation happened. And have a good communication is very important to build the customer trust.

I worked with David Raiden, and he was amazing professional Polites, and answered every single one of my questions. Made the process so much easier. I would absolutely love to work again.

Within 30 minutes of requesting (any) sailboat transporter to move my full keel 25 footer from Providence to Atlanta I was called by John Harrison at Wavex Logistics. He found a driver and a crane operator to pick up and transport the Cape Dory at a exceptionally reasonable price! This company responded to every email and text message within minutes, was extremely positive and forthright at every juncture in our relationship. Nothing but good things to say about the customer service! I will definitely give them the first shot the next time I need heavy lift long distance transportation.

Warning!!!!!

Summary - They drew me in with a low quote, then kept pushing the pickup date back while offering much higher prices if I wanted the car moved sooner. When I said I might consider proceeding the next day only if the COD was $1,000 or less, they went ahead and dispatched a carrier at $1,200 without my approval. After that, I was told that if I refused to proceed, I could be charged a cancellation fee for a dispatch I never authorized. Management later promised me a $200 reimbursement and repeatedly asked me to update my review, but once I asked them to actually process the payment, they stopped responding. Management also told me in writing that Zack had been terminated, yet I continued receiving messages from Zack afterward, which raised further questions about the accuracy of that representation.

UPDATE – October 12, 2026:
After my original review, Wavex management contacted me directly, investigated the matter, and informed me in writing that the employee involved had been terminated. Management also explicitly agreed in writing to provide me with a $200 reimbursement and asked me to provide the information needed to process the payment.

However, after agreeing to the reimbursement, management stopped responding. I have followed up multiple times, including providing a final deadline for confirmation of the payment, but as of October 12, I have received neither the promised $200 nor a response regarding its processing. Also the employee keep messaging me actively about asking if i need any moving haha…

Original text -

I was originally quoted $1,150 total ($300 booking fee + $850 COD) with a scheduled pickup. The assigned driver failed to pick up the vehicle, and after that I received a series of conflicting and misleading statements from Wavex.

Most concerning, their representative explicitly told me in writing that “We are a carrier company, not a broker” and made representations about drivers operating under Wavex’s authority. When I started asking for the actual carrier’s legal name, USDOT/MC numbers, and clarification of Wavex’s operating status, the explanations changed.

The pricing and dispatch process was equally troubling. I explicitly stated that I would only accept the next-day option if it was $1,000 COD or less. Instead, they dispatched a $1,200 COD carrier without getting my approval. When I rejected that price, I was then told that cancelling the dispatch could result in a $200 cancellation charge. In other words, I was put in a position where I felt pressured to accept a substantially higher price for a dispatch I had never authorized.

I was also previously told that an October 2 pickup was being arranged at my originally agreed $1,150 total price, only to later be told that there was no confirmed price for that option and it could cost more.

I have the emails documenting these statements and the entire sequence of events.

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that prospective customers get the actual carrier information, final all-in price, pickup commitment, cancellation terms, and Wavex’s role in the transaction in writing before paying any booking fee.
