All around great experience
All around great experience. Web site is easy to navigate, products have plenty of pictures to see them from all angles. Prices seem very competitive. Check out was a breeze and items were delivered on time. What more could you ask for.

Terrible product and even worse…
Terrible product and even worse customer service.
I paid $136.22 for a VEVOR tomato strainer that didn’t work properly on its very first use. Despite the advertised one-year warranty, they refused a full refund, after a lot of back and forth, offered me $68 if I destroyed the machine, and then offered a $20 coupon.
After repeatedly refusing to address my actual warranty concerns, that $20 coupon felt like they were mocking me rather than taking my complaint seriously.
Absolutely unacceptable. Think twice before buying from Vevor.
Hopefully I just have a terrible customer service representative and someone a Vevor will see this and correct this outrageous incident.
