I highly recommend trim leaf. This is the second freeze dryer. I have bought from trim leaf. I've always dealt with ALBERT. He's extremely helpful. He's great to talk with and explains everything very well.

Ordered on the September 20 ship five days later on the 25th spent four days being transferred between warehouses in the Montreal area and now it’s sad in Calgary for two days estimated delivery 5 October. Worst logistics I’ve seen in a long time maybe change your carrier or better yet. Keep checking on the shipment for your customer and keep informing your customer of any delays. Will never buy from trim leaf again or use Canpar out of the race, Toto as a shipper. Thoroughly disgusted..

Just received my shipment today.
Delivery was a window from 1 - 5, but the office suggested that probably not before 2:30 - 3. They arrived promptly at 1:00 and I was not there yet. With some encouragement, they waited 10 minutes. I am very grateful that they did.
The items were packaged so extremely well - there was no chance for damage.
Albert has been very helpful and prompt with follow-up.
Looking forward to spending quality time with the instructions and learning new food prep methods. I am very happy with this purchase.

Great customer service

The company and customer service were quick to respond and very friendly

I had inadvertently put something on the order, hit paid, then realized I didn't need it. I did this on a Saturday. I immediately emailed the company with the order number and my oops, hoping it could be fixed before shipping.
Not only did I receive confirmation that the order had been fixed, but that the refund had been submitted as well. Thank you Albert. That was amazing, and totally exceeded my expectations.

They fix everything for me right away and there was no hassle awesome service
