Shuttle Bus for wedding
Charterly was very helpful from the beginning. I reserved a shuttle bus for 26 people for my son’s wedding and about a month out we needed a larger bus. Charterly was very accommodating and switch my reservation to a larger bus. Charterly followed up serval times including the day of the reservation and again to make sure the bus arrived on time which it did! The bus was beautiful, very clean, and driver was very polite and had a great attitude. We served champagne on the bus to our wedding venue and Cindy was very accommodating with our champagne serves. Bus was on time again for the pick up back to the hotel. I would definitely use Charterly again for another event. Thank you for the wonderful services!

We had a very positive experience with Charterly from start to finish. The company was easy to work with, responsive, and attentive throughout the process. I especially appreciated that someone from the office checked in with us during the trip to make sure everything was going well.
Our driver, Michael, was excellent—easy to reach, punctual, patient, and professional. The bus was clean, comfortable, and well suited for our group, and the onboard restroom was fully functional, which was important for our trip.
Overall, the service was reliable and professional, and I would definitely consider using Charterly again for future group travel.

Fantastic from beginning to end
From start to finish and start to finish again... the team at Charterly were terrific.
Communication was great. After months of deliberating, we decided to go with a local service and the staff at Charterly received the news with a gracious response. Well... the company we chose bailed on us 4 days before my daughter's wedding and the team at Charterly didn't miss a beat. They picked up where we left off and found us the best driver (Dolan) with only 3 days to spare. We are forever grateful and will be recommending Charterly to everyone. Thank you for making my daughter's day come true.

Do not use this broker to book any trasport
We did book two buses with driver for a round trip for 100 people on a memorial day weekend in 2026. Just 48 hours before they cancelled our booking stating drivers called out. Then they offered was with a solution with another two buses with driver but price was doubled. Don’t trust this company for any special event, you shall be in serious problem. Their lucense shall be revoked.
