Everything you guys did was outstanding…

Everything you guys did was outstanding speed of delivery, customer service, no BS advertising, the LOT. good quality garment at a decent price and free delivery....
Unfortunately.. i got my wife's size wrong dangit! Lol. I will by again.

Product is good

Product is good. Only improvement that should be addressed is delivery time. Took 2 weeks to get here. I can order from other sites of similar or same products and gets here with a week.

Every time I see something posted…

Every time I see something posted online and it’s with Shysilk; I save up and buy a new product that peaks my interest for my girlfriend to wear. Within 2 weeks; I get the package and I’m always impressed with the outfits. The only issue I have is: the outfits kind of need some instructions on how to put them on. The outfits be cute but need some insights on how to wear them.

Item was too big. Customer service was no help.

Item was too big, and the best they could do was offer a 10% refund and 20% off my next purchase. That means I’d be paying around $38 total when I originally bought the item for $23.99. If that’s how it usually goes, then that’s fine, but I let customer service know that they should update their policy so people don’t expect to get a refund and then only get $2 back. Also, customer service would avoid my questions and not use my name. I would recommend at least saying “Dear [customer name]” instead of “Dear Customer”.
