Very poor quality . Took weeks to arrive. Looking at reviews I’m not going to try to return I’ll just send to charity shop :-( do not buy from this site!!!!

Really lovely jumpsuit. The colour is vibrant, the fit is great and the fabric is soft.

I would rate lower if possible don’t not use this site item came from china and was a cheap material that Shein might sell at clearance there’s no where on the site to return item phone number is a mobile that’s switched off save yourself the headache I’m going to have to ask the bank for a charge back as they do not reply or respond

Having a terrible time with this company. One item was not available and they wont refund me. The other item hasn't even arrived yet. I feel stupid now as I should have read the reviews first. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

China drop company with way below average quality and performance goods. Looks nothing like photos advertised. Scam to look like a high end London company which it is anything but. It’s impossible to get a refund.

Support sorted my return really quickly and explained the process clearly. No stress at all.

The pants are flattering and really well cut. Exactly the fit I was hoping for.

If I could give them zero or -5 , I would. Ordered two tops which allegedly are loose knitted tops on their website and three weeks later received something of a half size. Even though their sizes are different, they go to 5 XL and the size I got should correspond with my UK size. So-called relaxed top that hips did not even get to my belly button. The size is nowhere near as it should be. In addition the tops had mouldy smell. Of course I did not realise they were sent from China. Correspondence with someone called Ivy in Customer Services did not lead to anything as I was offered 15% first than 20% , I explained it’s not going to make them fit me is it? My argument was over the postage cost. Why do I have to pay for return of items which are not suitable and frankly faulty and suffer the cost? I kept asking for a manager name to resolve this but they just gone silent so I’m starting campaign against them. I have already reported to trading standards and will be putting video on YouTube to warn everyone just not use this company. It is an absolute disgrace and cheat.!!!! How are they allowed to operate with this name and not even have address in the UK???? the bottom line just don’t go there I wish I read reviews before placing an order!

The shorts are really flattering and the waistband sits so comfortably. Great for everyday wear.

Bought this blouse as a gift for my mum and she absolutely loved it. Beautiful quality.

Wow…I feel like an idiot….

Same as these other reviewers - which I should have looked at before ordering!! Rubbish quality, late delivery…I didn’t even have to try them on to see the poor sewing, sub-standard materials (really rubbish) and no lining, no overlocking, all see-through, no decent hemming etc. I know my fashion and quality which the prices and the photos/videos with the models eluded to. No way. Cheap China/asian tat that they are trying to get out of refunding. Think I bought through Shopify/Facebook on a whim. It’s all a scam.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! NOT UK BASED & REFUND REQUEST IGNORED!

Just because they've named themselves Reese London and they offer free postage within the UK, DO NOT make the mistake of presuming they're based in London. As I did!

I ordered a pair of boots at £65. When I got the tracking info and saw they were en-route from China I was shocked and angry. In my experience, Chinese sizes are notoriously smaller than UK sizes. So although I chose what I thought was correct, I instantly knew they wouldn't fit!

Naturally, they took ages to arrive. Upon arrival they were too small, as predicted! Not only that, but there was no packaging other than a padded jiffy bag. They'd been folded in half and shoved in the bag. So upon arrival these long boots were creased from transit! Who wants brand new boots that already look tatty?

I instantly requested (in very strong words) a refund, which their website claims to offer. I also stipulated that I wanted to hear back in 48 hours. It's now almost a week later and still no response!

Thankfully, I contested the payment with my bank and they found in my favour and I've had my money back.

Suffice it to say I would NEVER shop here again. I find it to be intentionally misrepresentative, Plus the product was not only inaccurately sized, but the quality was poor and clearly cheap. Their communication is non-existent, and in my opinion they're out to take your money with no intention of refunding you even when there is clear fault their end.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Order arrived the wrong size. Will not refund your money absolute SCAM

Stop !!Look at the rating reviews. 1 star. I’d give them no star if l could.
They are not UK based as their name suggests. If you want a refund you won’t get it unless you follow a very lengthy expensive return back to China . They offer only a 15% refund and to keep the product which you don’t want anyway

My wife bought boots from this company. Absolute rubbish quality total rip off . This company will have made hundreds of thousands ripping people of after a few months they will become another company stop consuming shit from china people need to start shopping local and viewing trying on what you're wanting. Avoid like the plague it's absolute shit.

What you get is not what they advertise on web.
Poor quality, not waterproof at all, although sold as raincoat.
As they say, if it too good to be true….. it’s a scam as returning the item to china costs more than the item… stay away from this site!,,

Do not ordered from this company ordered dress 6 weeks ago for a wedding and still haven't received it won't be ordering from here again.

The shorts are a bit bigger than expected but the quality is lovely. Will size down next time.
