They have been handling the dispute for over 30 business days now, and it still hasn't been resolved—even though all the photos and evidence of the damage were submitted.
ADVICE: If you plan to buy something of significant value, find the item you need, look up the seller's contact details, and go there in person; otherwise, if a dispute arises, I think you will deeply regret it.

They send the wrong thing and it was also delayed more than two weeks.
When I pointed out that it was the wrong thing that I received, they just said that it was too late to return the shipment.
As you can see there is no phone number or any way to contact these criminals.
THEY TAKE YOU MONEY AND WILL NOT SEND THE THING THAT YOU ORDER: WARNING !!!

Refund was ok 👍 that is way i think is 4 stars yes it has problems with seeing one part receiving different and damage connectors wich in my case was not important if the part was OK for my car and I think buyer must now that he must film from receive the part pictures videos and don't live eny details but this is not well explained that is way is not 5 stars ...
