Product insurance that doesn't pay out
I ordered a tow bar (order 8513936); the photo showed it complete with bolts, but I received it without them because they had been placed in a plastic bag that tore during transit. I immediately filed a claim upon receipt because the bolts were missing, but both Ovoko and the insurance provider dismissed the issue as insignificant and closed the case. Long story short, I paid €260 for the tow bar and then another €240 for the bolts from Land Rover.

Excellent range of parts in offer
Excellent range of offers, depth of information on the parts.
The delivery charge is excessively high, up to two thirds of part price!
If this can be reigned in, the service will be excellent
