Fantastic service from Radio King
Fantastic service from Radio King. Diagnosed and fixed a fitmware problem on my car stereo.. their price is very competitive and their service is top notch. Also they did the job in 2 hrs where another garage was telling me ot would take 5 to 6 hours.

RadioKing, especially Garance in their support group, has always treated me with understanding and respect. When my wife unexpectedly passed away, RadioKing did their very best to help me with pricing that allowed me to scale back until I was able to financially. I am mentioning her name because she was the key person that help me and intervened for me. Personally, you do not find that service everyday; especially when i am in the United States and she is in France. C> R> Mile

RadioKing Client for many years so we know!
Been a customer of RadioKing's for several years.
Like:
1) Storage upgrade from 10gb to 25gb @ no charge. Though (by experience) we mistrust for how long this upgrade will be available for "free".
2) Standard ICE transmission works with MIXXX
Dislikes:
1) Unreliable stats. Numbers provided are impossible.
2) No real tech support. - You have to figure it out yourself.
3) Website provided by RadioKing is worthless.
4) We have learned that features and options are often being downsized and now cost more.
5) Recorded selection has many limitation. Shuffle and custom play-list is not easy.
6) Upgrades. We are never sure what they will do to our station.

Regarding the storage upgrade, the additional storage used to be a paid option, and we have increased the storage included with our plans at no extra cost. We aim to be transparent about our pricing and product changes, so if you have any questions about how our offers or pricing are evolving, we’re always happy to discuss them with you.
For your other points, we’d also be happy to help. If you have questions about your statistics, playlists or Radio Manager, our support team is available at contact@radioking.com and we can go through things with you. Your last support request was in 2024, so please don’t hesitate to contact us again.
Regarding the website, it seems that you currently have radio services but no RadioKing Website subscription. If you’re referring to the Radio Page, this is simply a static page designed for customers who don’t need a full website. If you had something else in mind, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to discuss it.

As a former commercial radio programmer of 32 years, RADIO KING has everything I need to program my own station via the internet. IT SOUNDS REALLY GOOD and MY LISTENERS LOVE IT!!
