The rings I ordered from this website are stunning, exactly as shown on the website, and such good value for money. I haven't taken them off since they arrived, I was apprehensive about ordering at first because i thought the price was too good to be true but the quality is fantastic for the price, and I was so happy with them that I've already bought more Highly recommend, can’t wait for my new order to arrive

The necklace I brought is so beautiful and the quality is amazing! Delivery took around 4 weeks but it was worth it (personalised items take longed). Deffo a legitimate business, they emailed to ask how my order was after receiving it, they also respond very fast to emails. 🩷

The jewellery was excellent quality. Will definitely buy more.

Absolutely tarnishes. I have only had my necklace for less than a year, and the jewelry is almost silver. Incredibly dissapointing :/

This was first time I bought a bracelet from us for my daughter’s birthday and she loved it and it was so incredibly comfortable to wear everyday. I think it would be great to buy one for my other daughter and my self as well Good luck 😉

I honestly cannot praise PRYA enough. I had an issue with my purchase and the way it was handled from start to finish was absolutely exceptional. I have genuinely never experienced customer service quite like it.

They went above and beyond to help me, and I couldn’t have asked for anything more. They were kind, understanding, professional and genuinely seemed to care about making things right. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and they couldn’t have done better if they tried.

Having worked in retail myself for many, many years, I know exactly how important customer service is, and PRYA’s service really does show what a beautiful business they have built. It is so refreshing to see a company that truly puts its customers first.

Beautiful rings at a very affordable price - excellent quality, very sturdy, and amazing for every day wear. I only wish they listed the thickness of their rings, but they have so many gorgeous pieces! Will be back!

Absolutely amazing customer service!

I’ve been a PRYA customer for around three years now and have always loved their jewellery, so when I unfortunately had an issue with a gold-plated necklace I purchased with my three daughters’ names on it, I was really disappointed.

However, I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better response from PRYA. They were so understanding and helpful from the very beginning, quickly arranged for the necklace to be remade and kept me updated throughout the process.

I received my replacement today and it is absolutely perfect! 🥹❤️ It looks beautiful and I’m so happy to have it back.

This was the first issue I’ve ever had with PRYA and the way they handled it has honestly made me appreciate the company even more.
