This company sells knock off, budget items for 10x what you can buy from Temu etc. The money back guarantee is not what it seems. You have to return items to some far away location that would cost more in shipping that it’s worth. Customer service is rubbish!

You will either get:

No item
Damaged item
Wrong item
Delayed item

And then when you ask for your money back, they will say no, even though their website says "money back guarantee". I don't think they understand English to write this on their website.

What's more embarrassing is they couldn't even be bothered to remove their chat gpt written email prompt from their emails (I'm talking about you, "Emma" from "customer service").

Don't waste your time and money, just buy from Amazon, at least you can return/refund.

They lie and say you would receive items in a couple days. In reality it’s weeks plus the items are not as described. Then whatever delivery company they use doesn’t deliver all products. And they don’t try to help. Don’t waste your time or money ordering

Please don’t buy anything from this company it’s all a scam , they pretend to be in the uk but they drop ship from china , the tracking is a complete waste of time . I have emailed them several times asking where is my order is they just reply it’s in transit, you have no way of checking this as the tracking doesn’t change . My one just says in transit for 13 days , luckily I paid through PayPal and have now opened a case for a full refund which PayPal have sorted . The feedback on their website is completely different to all the unhappy people on trustpilot. Do not waste your money or time

Order and payment was processed and has been shown on my bank records as a credit card charge. No response has occurred after repeated attempts. Thought Facebook was a site that could be trusted to check on any complaints regarding SCAMS.

Initially the product arrived folded so there was dirt between the protector and the adhesive backing. I had to fight to get replacement (they wanted damaged product applied to a brand new car). Now that I got replacement the product is lifting in less than 72hrs. Save your money. Do NOT purchase from this company. It's cheap knock-off items that cannot withstand sitting on a parked car for 3 days. First order May 16th, replacement finally approved June 19th. Applied July 7th (First day when it wasn't rain or too hot to clean the car and apply the protectors).

Everything went smooth. Was worried reading the comments here. Relatively fast shipping and item came just as advertised. Bought the Skoda one and after this purchase ill grab one for wifes Opel.

I bought sill protectors for Nissan Micra, not at all like the advertisement. They don’t match the shape of the car, they’ll be going straight in the bin. I should have looked at the reviews, so my fault for falling for it. Take my advice, save your money.

I had a quite pleasant experience with the store. We have ordered door protector for my mum’s Honda hr-v. Product was delivered within 12 days. The design and quality of the product was as expected.
Price was great considering everywhere else they charge you over $40 +.

They advertise if not satisfied no problem return for refund. Not true. They have nothing but excuses. I will never order from them again. Save your money not worth it.

Ordered items based on the delivey timeline of 2 days. Later the website did not have any order tracking or login account information. Upon responding to the order confirmation email I got a reply that the order tracking number will be available once the order got shipped the next day. After two days, I followed up again and then they responded that it may take few days. I belive they are scammers but how come Facebook allow them to advertise. Now after few days I emailed them about the order tracking information and still waiting for their reply. I wish I would be able to call bank and get this charge cancelled.

Terrible, cheap, product. Car door lights don’t fit at all, it’s impossible to fix the magnet to the sensor and close the door.
customer service non existent I’ve been messaging for 3 months and getting nothing back. They should be avoided at all costs.

it's says based in the UK and fir return they ask all returns to be sent in Portugal where the warehouse is. Shipping costs around £20 ... so is not worth it. Bad quality also

Garbage, that's all. Stickers don't stick, are impossible to apply or look just plain cheap and ugly. Don't buy!

Went on their Facebook page just looking, didn't make any input but next I'd ordered and payed for an item without entering my card details. I contacted them to cancel they sent me confirmation this was done but they kept the money and never sent the item. They are low life scammers and robbers BEWARE.

I ordered protective tape for my Mazda. What arrived was absolute junk. Not a single one of the strips they sent me fitted anywhere that made any sense. When I emailed them and told them this they sent me diagrams which made zero sense. I requested a refund. They went very very silent as they are China based.
