Terrible shipping
Ordered 2 cam phaser oct 10, 2026, as of oct 14th end of day despite contacting on oct 13 and 14th they still have not shipped, their site said 7 in stock. keep promising to highlight and expedite. i ordered from them on 10th based on promise del'v by 14th , this is not the first time they have failed - terrible service do not order unless you have time to waste

No opened box parts
Okay, where do I start. I purchased 2 items in this order, a wheel bearing and a water pump. The wheel bearing came as new, sealed in shipping package and is the correct part. The water pump came in a opened box, pump is not manufactured by Graf, the box was opened and torn, indicating a returned part that you shipped to me.
I can not chance this knock off part
that came in the box.
The shipping time was much better.

The order went smooth
The order went smooth, the parts didn't take long to get here. The driver texted me as soon as he delivered the parts, and most important he delivered to the door requested.

ONE STAR
ONE STAR. Unfortunately have to give my experience a one star. They refunded me 84$ Less than what I should’ve got, even though boxes were unopened and returned within time frame. Emailed customer service and returns multiple times over ZERO response.. completely unprofessional and unacceptable! They took my money and pretty much ran with it, I am so upset. Wish I did my research.

Don't trust their website to find the…
Don't trust their website to find the correct part for your vehicle! They will charge you restocking fees and you have to pay for the shipping to return parts after they sell you the wrong ones! Even when their website says it will fit your vehicle!

The parts arrived in opened boxes
The parts arrived in opened boxes. One of them didn't fit my car, despite the website stating that it would. To my surprise, I had to pay for the return shipping. I only received the refund after contacting them a week later. I will never order from them again.
