OptiContacts is so easy to work with. I was in a bit of a panic.. I purchased a year supply of contacts but my vision had drastically changed within months.. I called customer service and with no questions asked, they replaced my contacts with my new prescription and got them to me within 7 days. They even sent me a prepaid label to send back my unopened boxes. Really felt like they were on my side. I’ll definitely continue to purchase through them

Excellent service! Truly excellent! Had to return the unused portion of my order due to an Rx change and it couldn't have gone easier. They're sending the replacement order right after they receive my return package. A quick phone call to speak to a friendly representative got thing sorted out super quickly. My first purchase with opticontacts was over a decade ago and this one won't be my last!
