I learned alot through the process.
I had lots to learn and their website made it easy. Things seem to work better on a smartphone than on a PC for me. When it came to placing the order they were thorough and responsive. When I had questions along the way, I got answers quick. When I received the glasses I was impressed by the quality and packaging. Also, in comparing the price to any other provider, these guys knocked it out of the park. My plan is to now also order some progressive glasses from them. Thanks Kit's for helping me see better.

You had a listing of an unavailable product and didn’t do anything to make it right. Considering the frames are available on other sites, I think the frames are available but you guys didn’t want to honour the price shown.

Seeing In Style
Amazing as always, They get the perfect glasses to you in less than a week. For a ridiculously affordable price. Before I met Kits I wore ugly glasses for 3+ years cause thats all I could afford and the hassle of getting new glasses was such a pain. Now I get to do it from my couch and they come right to the door. Best part - I still have my arm and my leg cause I didnt have to pay with them! Thanks for helping me see in style Kits.

Perfect glasses
This is my first time ordering from Kits and I will absolutely order again!
I received my glasses a couple of days ago and I am so VERY happy and impressed. They are exactly as I expected, lightweight and fit perfectly. The lenses (progressives) are perfect in both near and far vision. I will definitely order again!

Purchased progressives from Kits
Purchased progressives from Kits. I had sent the prescription but it didn’t contain the segment height. They recommended that i see my optician for measurement which i did and sent it to Kits. They sent me a new pair at no cost and i didnt have to return the first pair.
