For every order, we send two notifications: (1) To confirm we have received the order; and (2) To provide shipping details (including the courier and tracking number) once the order has been processed. It is not uncommon, however, for these notifications to land in junk or spam folders; therefore, we recommend checking those folders. Depending on the email provider, these emails may occasionally be blocked.
We're always happy to provide the courier with special instructions (for example, to deliver the package to the garage door) if those instructions are shared with us (there is a "notes" section at checkout).

Before I made my purchase, I checked Trust Pilot for reviews as I had never heard of this store before but it turned up in my Duck search. They were all pretty much 5 star reviews. I decided to purchase from them not only because of the reviews but because they are a small business and they also had the best price for the light I was looking for! They shipped it out immediately, well packaged and trackable. I live 4 hours from Guelph in East Central Ontario, if it hadn't been the weekend I would have gotten it very likely the next day or two at the most (even if it had been delayed it would have been a Canada Post issue, not the shops). They hand wrote a thank you on the receipt, which is a nice personal touch. The product so far is 100% so I have no experience with returns but the purchase was 5 stars. Thank you!

Nomad was surprising supportive handling an warranty claim with a tire company. Being a first time buyer I was impressed the time and effort they put in to help me out. While the situation was out of their control, they offered assistance through their store and ultimately I was able to get a new set of tires. Would recommend them as this was pretty low stakes, and they handled it with tact.
