Nightglow Studio — Custom LED Neon Signs Reviews

I had many questions that were answered. They were able to address my concerns and delivered a quality LED neon sign that captures a memory that is dear to my heart.

Amazing customer service, quick responses, and exceeded my expectations!

Exactly as I hoped! Quality, easy install, and such a cool addition to my living space

Very easy to customize and order. Quick response from customer service when I reached out on their website.

Excellent service and communication, especially with the tight turnaround. The client was very happy! On a personal levl i would have prefered more diferentiation in the yellow and orange tones of the final LED on the sign, but again the client was happy so I am too.

Turnaround for a quote was quick, and they were able to meet our very short deadline. Quality of the end product was perfect!

So SO happy with the light I purchased for my son's dorm room! It arrived quickly and was paced totally securely.

Ordering was simple. delivery was super quick. Has many cool features! You can dim the lights, brighten them, make them flash, built in timer. Super cool. Perfect for our wedding.

We received our sign in incredible time! It is beautiful! We are so happy with it!

Great customer service, good price, and item was securely packaged for it's long journey to Hawaii. Arrived quickly and looks beautiful. Just need to get my team to install!

Quality product. I was confident that the end result would be good but I was pleasantly surprised with just how good. The materials, graphic and construction are top notch.

I’m very happy with my custom LED sign! The quality exceeded my expectations, and it looks exactly as I wanted. The ordering process was easy, communication was great, and my sign arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. I can’t wait to install it in my new studio. I would definitely recommend Nightglow Studio to anyone looking for a high-quality custom neon sign!

Five stars are not enough!

Every part of my experience with Nightglow was a 5 star experience -- from the initial email to Melissa (because I had no idea what to order!), to the advice and then the mock-ups of the sign, everything was so clear and easy, I was already blown away. Then, the speed at which my order arrived was amazing. And lastly, but most importantly, the sign is so AMAZING I hardly know what to say. I just find myself starting at it! In the days of "bots" on websites that answer questions and the inability to correspond with a human in most companies, Nightglow Studio stands out for its excellent customer service as well as its excellent products. Melissa should TEACH customer service, she is so good! Thank you so much.

Great! Communication was quick, design was on point. Delivered security packaged and ahead of schedule. Highly recommend.

Quality signs delivered to schedule.

This was my second time ordering from Nightglow Studio. They have such a quick turnaround time and the quality of their work is amazing! Thank you again for your fabulous work!

Melissa at Nightglow Studio was fast and responsive to any inquiries. She patiently walked me through the ordering process and made professional suggestions on sizing, light color and outlet options. Our company ordered 2 signs from them and they were perfectly done. I highly recommend ordering and working with Melissa.

Ordered a custom neon sign of our company logo for our new office and we couldn't be happier with the result. The quality is excellent, the turnaround was super fast, and the team was great to deal with throughout the process. We're already thinking of ordering a second one for another office. 10/10 would recommend!

Amazing customer service from Melissa, she was so easy to communicate with and made the whole experience so much easier on my tight timeline. Everything arrived faster than expected and was really well-packed and ready to install.
As others noted, I chose Nightglow because Melissa was so easy to work and ultra quick to respond, and the process was absolutely stress-free compared to other suppliers I had been considering. Plus the sign looks awesome!

I can't recommend Melissa Luo at Nightglow Studio enough! She was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish.

We originally placed an order with another company, but after countless back-and-forth emails, they still couldn't accommodate our custom sizing requirements. With a very tight deadline approaching, I reached out to Melissa hoping she could help.

Not only was she able to accommodate our exact sizing requests, but she also made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. Despite the Canada Day holiday, she completed our sign ahead of schedule, delivering it a full day earlier than expected.

Melissa's communication, flexibility, and commitment to customer service were outstanding. If you're looking for someone who goes above and beyond to make it happen, look no further. Incredible service from start to finish. 10/10 recommend!
