I let them know it was fraudulent but apparently the order had already been processed within 1 minute. I ordered what I considered to be one bottle but was then charged for 3 but in two separate charges. Tried to cancel but was told it was too late. Now being demanded I either keep them all at nearly £100 and get 25% refund or pay over £30 to post back with taxes for Netherlands. Be careful when ordering. Read the reviews

I ordered what i thought was 1 bottle they arrived and all ok, then 2 days ago another payment has debited my account taking ne overdrawn what i knew nothing about, when contacted they said i signed up for subscription which i knew nothing about as ordering so complicated. I requested for the latest money to be refunded which they would not do so now out of pocket for something i don't want. They are not helpful at all so please be careful, all i wanted was my money back as they haven't even been despatched as the payment only went through 2 days ago

I would not recommend this company. I feel like I have been ripped off because I was charged multiple times for what appears to be the same order. On top of that, they claim my order has been dispatched, but I have yet to receive it or see any proper proof that it has actually been sent.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and has made me question the company’s honesty and reliability. Customers work hard for their money and deserve honest service, clear communication, and accurate payment processing.
I am very disappointed with how this has been handled. Please be careful when ordering from this company and check your bank statements carefully. I would not recommend them based on my experience. 😡

Don’t buy if you want to loose weight
The adverts shows someone transitioning from fat to slim in 3 months. I doubted whether this was real but the average review was above 4 at the time. Re reading all the reviews, they were about order and delivery, not performance. They are a food supplement - Not a diet aid. Medicglp response was
‘To achieve the best results, the product should be used in conjunction with a balanced diet, regular physical activity, adequate hydration, and generally healthy lifestyle habits’
In 4 weeks I have put on weight compared to my husband, who has lost weight on monjaro - on its own it is in no way a diet pill unlike monjaro
SO DONT BUY IF TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT
they have come back and offered a refund but have to pay for signed delivery to the netherlands and only reimburse unopened bottles!!

I haven’t received any emails and only after reading reviews was I made aware of potential signing up to a subscription, why would I do that?
