They reel you in with a "free set" and then revoke the set after ordering saying it is not in stock, and then never mail your order. It has been "in processing" for over a week and they claim they can't cancel and refund because it's already mailed out. Customer service is non-existent. I would never order from this site again and will be letting everyone I know not to.

Styles are beautiful and sexy, but sizing is all over the place. Never know from one style to the next how they will run. Return/ exchange policy is good, delivery times are from UK to US so can take a while. Legit company, but my full sized experience ( size 10/ 38F) is it’s a crap shoot as far as bras are concerned.

Martin was very helpful with getting my order re-shipped due to a misunderstanding with the duties. I love Lounge products so I’m so happy to have this resolved.

I contacted Lounge to ask whether I could return an order even though the return window had already closed. Salms was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and quick to help. She arranged for me to return the items in exchange for store credit, which I really appreciated. Thank you, Salma, for making everything so easy.

Sidrah a client services executive provided a great customer service throughout my returns process from start to finish via email. My order was the wrong size for my partner but despite this she was still able to get the sizes she needed in store in Lincoln. Sidrah made the whole refund process easy and simple to follow and promptly too. I will certainly be ordering again from Lounge for my partner at Christmas and in the future not only due to the products they sell but also the customer service too.

My 5 stars is for Claudia! She was so helpful in my dilemma and did not hesitate to make an exception for me and resolve my issue, definitely went above and beyond to help me and ensure everything was resolved!. Claudia definitely was the most helpful customer service person I spoke with and made my experience much better :)

I’m really pleased with how Lounge handled my issue. After experiencing a fault with one of the items from my first order, I contacted customer services and was assisted by Salma, who resolved the matter promptly and professionally.

Salma was helpful and efficient throughout, and I really appreciated how quickly she dealt with my concerns. Although I was initially disappointed with the quality issue, the excellent customer service has completely changed my experience for the better.

Adorable underwear!! I've been ordering there for 6 years. My wardrobe consists only of lounge. You can wear it well in everyday life, but also use it for romantic evenings. It is super comfortable & fit are also the hammer. By pulling up the underpants you have such a beautiful figure. I love this brand and support it so much😍❣️

Tilly and Sadie were both incredibly helpful in getting me my wedding lingerie set before my wedding day! They were fast acting when there was a delay and were able to get my set sent directly to my venue so I had it by my wedding night. The quality of the set is so great and it is so cute. Thank you Lounge!
