Collagen prebiotic protein powder
I purchased this product more than 3 years ago after reading reviews. Having an auto immune disease one review shared they had the same auto immune disease that there had been no more flare ups on this product. So I gave it a go. The taste is nice, easy to add to yogurt or milk. The best part it works.

It takes time for severe symptoms, but it truly helps!
Being in menopause, I have struggled with a wide range of both common and less common symptoms. I tried several supplements from different brands, but absolutely nothing worked. Then, I decided to give Hormone Harmony a chance.
Because my symptoms were quite severe, it took some time to see results. I only started noticing the first real improvements after finishing my second bottle. However, I am so glad I stuck with it. Now, my hot flashes and night sweats have significantly decreased, and I have much less trouble with insomnia and heart palpitations.
While it hasn't been a magic cure for everything, I still occasionally experience bone and joint pain, as well as brain fog and memory issues.
I am definitely continuing to take these capsules. They are the only product that have actually helped me feel better and made my daily life manageable. If you have severe symptoms, give it time to work!

A very promising first month
I’ve just finished my first bottle, and after paying close attention to how I felt during this first month, the most noticeable change was definitely during my period.
Usually, the first two days are very painful for me. I get very strong cramps and normally need to take fairly strong painkillers. This month was completely different. The cramps were absolutely manageable, and I only took one aspirin on the second day, mainly because of a headache rather than the cramps.
For me, this honestly feels like a small miracle, so I’m very curious to continue with the second bottle and see how I feel this month.
My sleep has also improved slightly. I wake up much less during the night and seem to get longer stretches of uninterrupted sleep.
I’m giving it 4 stars for now because I originally started taking Hormone Harmony hoping it would also help with bloating, and I haven’t noticed any improvement in that area yet. But after the positive changes I’ve already experienced, I’m hopeful and definitely want to keep taking it.

It's helping me lose some weight and curb my appetite.
