Farm & Tractor Reviews

The processing and delivery is slow. Still waiting for the parcel. Tracking said delayed at two separate facilities. I understand this is a problem with the company contracted to deliver the parcel, but perhaps a different company is in order. After all is said and done, it still takes a long time to get the product.

Easy purchase. Was able to purchase an item online that is difficult to find, and arrived quickly with free shipping

Easy ordering, good customer support, fast delivery.

Eugene was awesome on this order. Kept me in the loop on turnaround and ETA's. Great

Very nice people to work with. I received regular updates on my order. Would absolutely order from Farm and Tractor again.

Easy to contact, and quick to reply to my request. Have purchased here before and had excellent service both times... Great pricing, great delivery options and overall great experience. Thank you

Got my order on time. Package condition was good. Uneventful purchase process. 5/5

Would have got a 5 rating, but I didn't get a email with tracking number like the first email said. Didn't know order was shipped. Got a phone call from carrier that said order was ready for pickup. Had to drop everything to go get it. Could have planned things better if I could have tracked the order. Otherwise the experience was good.

Great service and easy to order .

Fast, friendly service, and shipped sooner than I expected! Thanks.
I came looking for a super duty hoe, found so much other neat stuff I almost forgot what I came for!!!
I will be back!

Great product, good price, speedy delivery

Thanks!

Another 5 Stars for Eugene. Placed an order Tuesday afternoon and he had the Rogue tools plus extra handles on the Guelph bound truck for today Thursday. The GORBA trail crew is expanding and we needed them for our first big day this Saturday.

If you need to buy Rogue Hoe products, which are by far the best hand tool available for trailbuilding without any doubt, Farm & Tractor is your way to go, they carry all tools, offer fair price, ship fast and if you need to communicate with them, they will answer and provide all the information you need.

Eugene was very helpful. He answered all my questions in a very timely manner. I am very happy with my purchase.

Purchase on the website was easy and information available was comprehensive.
Shipping was also fast and I got a tracking # right away. Will purchase from the website again in the future.

The purchase and delivery were all done to my satisfaction. All done with no problems and delivery was within the specified time frame

Quick respond to made a change of product after the order was made and before it was shipped out. Great service!
