I've been using my P275SE since February 2026 and I'm extremely satisfied with it. When an issue came up with the front brake, customer support was flawless—they shipped me a replacement part in record time. A heartfelt thank you to the team for their quick response and great care. **Great Customer Support After a Minor issue!

I recently purchased an ENGWE e-bike, and while the bike itself is fantastic, I initially ran into an issue with a defective battery that wouldn't hold a charge properly.

Naturally, I was a bit concerned, but ENGWE's customer service handled the situation brilliantly. I reached out to their support team, and they responded quickly, diagnosed the issue without any hassle, and sent out a replacement battery right away.

The new battery arrived in no time, and the bike is now working perfectly. Mistakes can happen, but what matters most is how a company stands behind its products. I'm really impressed by their fast, efficient, and friendly support. Highly recommended!
