Unfortunately I can't give less than one star. The worst and most fraudulent fake company I have ever seen. I ordered a scooter and after a month of waiting for me, they don't answer the phone or the email and now they sent me an invoice. Hey people, don't be fooled. This is a fake company and they are scamming me. I deleted my previous comments. I will say it a thousand times again. This company is just a scam.

Hallo i had bought a bike from here and gotten it pretty fast when i opened the box i found out i got the wrong bike and when i called about getting the other one they made me wait for an week to get it replace *wasted about 14 days on waiting to go on a trip*

My roommate lent me his bike to use — a bike he bought only three months ago and had ridden just 400 km. About six weeks ago( on 6.5.) the chain came off. We brought it in for repair, and instead of a simple fix, we ran into a contradiction between what Nordic's website states is covered and what Custom Bike — the repair shop itself — was willing to honor. My roommate ended up paying twice — once initially,on 6.5 and then again on Friday 19.6 for a new cassette, with no clear explanation of why a bike this new and barely used needed all this work.
When we came to pick up the bike on Friday, (after paying )it still wasn't working properly. We got terrible treatment from someone called Kell who was rude and unprofessional. Thankfully another staff member, Louis, seemed to actually care about service — he said he couldn't let us take the bike in that condition and told us he'd check it and fix it on Monday and will call on Monday (yesterday )He never called . We tried calling customer service multiple times and kept getting no answer and then the occupied sound.
Louis later mentioned he'd already complained to the owner about this exact pattern of poor service, which says a lot. There's also a younger guy, Casper, who's apparently the one actually in charge of the shop.
On top of all this, back on May 6th I went to use the bathroom and the hand towel was completely black with dirt. I pointed this out to Casper directly that this is his workplace, & not leaving it like that for everyone. He just brushed it off. It says a lot about the conditions they're willing to work and serve clients in.
The bike has been at this shop since May 6th — almost seven weeks now — and it's still not fixed. No callback as promised, no real communication, nothing. At this point it feels like the bike is just stuck there with no resolution in sight.
Overall: for a bike that's basically brand new, My roommate paid twice( at first for replacing the chain, secondly for the cassette )and still don't have it working properly. When I asked Kel if he checked it after replacing the cassette he answered me on a brush off manner of couldn't care less- 'yes' .
It feels like they're more interested in taking money than actually fixing anything. Poor hygiene, poor communication, zero accountability. Not recommended at all. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from this brand and place as anything which stops/ delays or put the customer or a product on WAIT is an enemy of that business .

The service at the store itself was so good the choices and the variations of every bike. It’s just so good. They gave us a little this town as I can remember. It was like a discount season and the customer service and the customer communication was very good I might buy a Kukirin g2 from them because I bought a Engwe Ep 2 BOOST and it’s perfect I bought it over a year ago and it’s good

My review was deleted. I purchase a bike and after 2 hour of purchase I asked for refund they said it’s used bike can’t refund. But in the website they mentioned it can be refund untill 14 days.

I have specifically ordered from their store as they said 1-3 day delivery. Then on the order tracking page suddenly it was 4-8 days. Then on the phone they said 2-3 weeks. I have been waiting for my bike OVER A MONTH NOW (!) and I still have not recieved any information on where it is?!
The amount of time and money I wasted walking around, taking the bus and the taxi in the meantime is insane, they also declined the 50% compensation for essentially lieing about the delivery time and wasting my time and money. WHERE IS MY ORDER???

Ordered a bike 2 weeks ago, they never sent it just instantly took the money without having stock of the bike. Supposedly it would take 4 to 8 days to deliver but they won't answer emails or pick up the phone just took the money... Please refund me if you can't complete the order#1066

I had a very disappointing experience with them. I bought a charger from them, but they never sent it to me. However, the money was still taken from my account. Every time I try to call or send them an email, they don’t respond. I feel like I have been ignored and this is really some unserious business right here.

I ordered el bike, and few other things for 3 weeks ago. They took my money from my bank account 9.6. but they never sent me anything. I can’t get in contact with them anyhow, not by email or phone. Horrible service and horrible experience

Hi, I bought a battery from Customs Bike on June 10. They told me that they are not free and if I pay for their work today, they will call me when they are free and ask me to come and install the battery. I paid and left, after that it has been seven days since I received any call from them. I went to their shop on June 17 in the morning and found it closed, then the boy who works in the shop came and opened the shop. I told him, brother, it has been seven days since you called me, my battery needs to be installed, he replied that I am not free. Later, I requested him many times to install my battery. He kept giving the same excuse that he is busy. I went to the shop first and he dealt with 5 customers in front of me and did their work but he could not install my battery. I told him, brother, I will wait and if you are free, install it. He said I do not know when I will be free. He repeatedly gives me the excuse of being a customer, that look, there are many customers, but then who am I, brother! I bought a battery and I paid him for installing the battery seven days ago. He charged me 500 Dkk for installing this battery, but they charge 500Dkk for fitting a bicycle. Even though I had no objection to it, I needed to install the battery, but he couldn't do it either. He tells me that you leave the bicycle and we will call you, I ask when he will call and he says he can't say for sure. He again tells me that as long as you wait, I am not free today. However, he talked to five customers in front of me and sold two bicycles. I kept thinking that I was coming to fix it for free, but I had paid him seven days ago. I request him a lot but he says he is busy. Anyway, later I came home and thought that I will install this battery and went to get the battery and I installed it. No matter how bad the service of a shop is, they cannot install my battery even after seven days. Even after going after seven days, they tell me that they are busy. Such a big company has so many customers but they only have one person to fix the bicycle. My biggest problem is that even after I went after seven days, he still shows me busy while he is dealing with one customer after another in front of me. So who am I, brother? Did I go to install it for free? Will you give me free service? I have never received such service in my life and after so many requests, they did not listen to me, they just show me busy. I will never go to this shop again.
